监狱图书馆选择馆员的困境与策略探析

On the Dilemma and Strategy of Selecting Librarians in Prison Library

监狱图书馆重点服务对象为监狱服刑人员,很少注意到监狱图书馆员自身的职业追求,能力的培养,以及面对工作环境的压力和自身对工作性质的信心和兴趣。本文从监狱馆员角度出发,分析监狱图书馆选择馆员的困境并提出解决策略。

Prison library focuses on serving prison inmates,and seldom pays attention to the career pursuit of prison librarians themselves,the cultivation of their abilities,the pressure of working environment,and their confidence and interest in the nature of work.From the perspective of prison librarians,this paper analyzes the dilemma of choosing librarians in prison libraries and puts forward some solutions.
