摘要
针对舰船试验中的试验程序和验证模式出现的关重项目管控不够完善、层级不够明确,“模块化(区域化)”的集成度较低、检验验收效率低等问题,通过对工程建造、安装和调试等方面的技术分析,从过程策划,数据质量的管控、关重项目和数据识别、试验程序和检验模式的研究,查找工程数字质量的形成规律。以某型舰发电机组装置与主配电板及电力监控系统系泊试验为研究对象,应用现代管理及信息化技术建立能够实现抓实舰船建造流程的关重特性实现的过程,并具有集成化、多层级等特点的集约检验管理体系,以及形成系统功能特性验证的工程化试验检验方案。
Aiming at the problems in the test procedure and verification mode of ship test,such as imperfect control of heavy-duty items,unclear hierarchy,low integration of ’modularization(regionalization)’ and low efficiency of inspection and acceptance,etc.Through the technical analysis of engineering construction,installation and commissioning,the formation rules of engineering digital quality are found out from the aspects of process planning,data quality control,key projects and data identification,test procedures and inspection modes.Taking the mooring test of a certain type of ship generator set with main power distribution board and power monitoring system as the research object,the process of realizing the shut-down characteristic of the ship construction process can be established by applying modern management and information technology,and an intensive inspection management system with the characteristics of integration,multi-level is established,and an engineering test inspection scheme for verifying the system functional characteristics is formed.
