应用型高校教师教学发展中心的功能与实现路径

On the Function and Realization of Teacher Teaching Development Center in Applied Colleges and Universities

高校教师的学术职业特性、高等教育质量管理与“学习范式”高等教育变革的内在需要等多重因素共同催生了高校教师教学发展中心。从学理与实践两个层面来看,应用型本科院校教师教学发展中心具有多重功能,即在教学实践的基础上开展教学研究的功能,为全校提供教学支持与促进教师发展的功能,聚合教育资源为学生提供学习支持的功能,以及为“教”与“学”提供诊断式评价的功能。我国当前的教师教学发展中心在组织功能上还不够成熟,需要在发展理念上强化高校内部质量保障,在制度建设上确保组织机构的独立性,并以“服务学习”为中心延展工作内容,以发挥高校教师教学发展中心的应有功能。

The academic professional characteristics of college teachers,the quality management of higher education and the inherent needs of the“learning paradigm”of higher education reform have jointly spawned the teaching development center for college teachers.From the perspective of theory and practice,the teacher teaching development center of applied undergraduate colleges has multiple functions,that is,carrying out teaching research on the basis of teaching practice,providing teaching support and promoting teachers’development for the whole school,aggregating education resources and providing students with learning support and diagnostic assessment for“teaching”and“learning”.China’s current teacher teaching development center is not mature enough in terms of organizational functions.It is necessary to strengthen the internal quality assurance of colleges and universities in terms of development concepts,ensure the independence of organizational structures in system construction,and extend the work content with“service learning”as the center so as to give full play to the proper function of the center.
