起重机械远程控制技术的安全性研究

摘要 起重机械运行在危险恶劣、视野不及、不具备可达性或难以达到的环境以及智能化车间等特殊作业场景下,操作人员难以身处随车司机室中就地操作起重机控制起重作业。远程控制技术的工程实践解决了上述难题,但其大多只实现了远程控制,尚未彻底解决远程控制场景下人机分离引发的物理环境变化、控制信号远程传输、代替现场操作人员三观感知等因素带来新的风险,由此使起重机新增了感知安全、环境安全、传输安全等隐患。文中针对就地随车操作和远程控制的区别,分析了远程控制存在的问题,探讨远程操作的安全设计原则,提出解决上述问题的安全措施。 When the hoisting machinery is running in a dangerous,out of sight,inaccessible or inaccessible environment,intelligent workshop and other special working conditions,it is difficult for the operator to operate the crane locally in the driver’s cab.The remote control technology has solved this problem,but most of them only realize remote control,which has not completely solved the new risks caused by the physical environment change caused by man-machine separation under remote control,the remote transmission of control signals,replacing the three-view perception of field operators and other factors,thus adding hidden dangers such as perception safety,environmental safety and transmission safety.For the difference between on-site on-board operation and remote control,this paper analyzes the problems existing in remote control,probes into its safety design principles,and puts forward some safety measures to solve the above problems.
