中医药干预亚健康病例报告的文献计量学研究

Bibliometric Study on Traditional Chinese Medicine Intervention in Sub-Health Case Reports

目的通过文献分析中医药干预亚健康的研究现状。方法从四大数据库——中国知网、万方、维普、中国生物医学文献数据库中检索中医药干预亚健康的病例报告,检索时间自建库至2019年12月。根据纳入、排除标准筛选文献,根据病例报告的报告规范条目进行质量评价。由2位研究人员独立筛选文献、提取资料和质量评价,采用定性描述与频次分析的方法描述研究结果。结果通过检索数据库检出7292篇文献,最终纳入14篇文献共27个病案,主要涉及亚健康状态、以疲劳为主的亚健康、以失眠为主的亚健康以及小儿亚健康。中医干预措施分为中医内治与外治,内治剂型主要为膏方和汤剂,辨证论治自拟方居多,中医外治为拔罐、针刺、放血、艾灸等。85%以上的文献以症状缓解为结局指标。总体病例报告的质量不高。结论中医药干预亚健康的病例报告发文量较少,缺少心理、社会适应亚健康的病例报告研究;膏剂为中医药干预亚健康的适宜剂型;病例报告的结局指标偏主观化;病例报告的质量有待提高。

Objective To review and analyze the status of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in the intervention of sub-health.Methods The case reports of TCM in the intervention of sub-health were retrieved from four databases,including CNKI,WanFang,VIP and CBM from the establishment time to December 2019.All articles were screened according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,and the quality was evaluated according to the guideline items of case reports.Two researchers independently screened the literature,extracted the data and evaluated the quality.Qualitative description and frequency analysis were conducted to describe the outcomes.Results A total of 7292 papers were retrieved from the databases,14 papers containing 27 cases were included in the final analysis,mainly involving sub-health status,sub-health mainly related to fatigue,sub-health mainly related to insomnia and sub-health of children.TCM treatments included internal and external treatments.The main forms of internal treatments were paste and decoction,self-prepared prescriptions based on syndrome differentiation were in the majority.External treatments of TCM included cupping,acupuncture,bloodletting and moxibustion.More than 85% of the literature regarded the symptom relief as the outcome measurements.The overall quality of case reports was not high.Conclusion The number of case reports on TCM intervention in sub-health is small,and there is a lack of case reports on psychological and social adaptation to sub-health.The paste is a proper measure for TCM to intervene the sub-health.The outcome indicators of case reports are subjective.The quality of case reports needs to be improved.
