金福安汤结合化疗对中晚期非小细胞肺癌老年患者免疫功能及生存质量的影响

Effect of Jinfu'an Decoction(金福安汤)Combined with Chemotherapy on Quality of Life and Immune Function of Senile Patients with Advanced Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

目的探讨金福安汤结合化疗对中晚期非小细胞肺癌(non-small cell lung cancer,NSCLC)老年患者免疫功能及生存质量的影响。方法选取60例中晚期NSCLC老年患者,随机分为金福安汤结合化疗组及化疗组各30例,金福安汤结合化疗组采用金福安汤联合化疗方案,化疗组采用单纯化疗方案,2个治疗周期后观察两组患者的免疫功能、生存质量及瘤体控制效果。结果治疗后化疗组患者的CD4、CD8均较治疗前降低(P<0.05,P<0.01),与金福安汤结合化疗组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后化疗组患者在生理状况、功能状况、其他因素及总分的评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.01),与金福安汤结合化疗组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在瘤体控制方面,两组患者疗效相当(P>0.05)。结论金福安汤结合化疗可提高中晚期NSCLC老年患者的免疫功能,改善部分生活质量。

Objective To explore the effect of Jinfu'an Decoction(金福安汤)combined with chemotherapy on the quality of life and immune function of senile patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods Sixty cases of senile patients with advanced NSCLC were randomly divided into Jinfu'an Decoction combined chemotherapy group(30 cases)and chemotherapy group(30 cases).The combination of Jinfu'an Decoction and chemotherapy regimen was used in the Jinfuan Decoction combined chemotherapy group while a simple chemotherapy program was used in the chemotherapy group.The immune function,quality of life and tumor control effect of two groups were observed after 2 treatment cycles.Results The levels of CD4 and CD8 in the chemotherapy group after treatment were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05,P<0.01),and the difference was statistically significant compared with that in the Jinfu'an Decoction combined with chemotherapy group(P<0.05).The physiological status,functional status,other factors and total scores of patients in the chemotherapy group after treatment were lower than those before treatment(P<0.01),and the difference was statistically significant compared with those in the Jinfu'an Decoction combined with chemotherapy group(P<0.05).The two groups had the same efficacy in terms of tumor volume control(P>0.05).Conclusion Jinfu'an Decoction combined with chemotherapy can improve the immune function and partial quality of life of senile patients with advanced NSCLC.
