Diversified Cooperation and Institutional Guidance:Characteristics and Enlightenment of German Digital Humanities Projects

通过网络调查、文本分析等方法收集德国数字人文项目相关资料进行分析可以发现,德国数字人文项目从内容上分为文化研究项目、历史研究项目以及数字人文基础设施项目三个类别;具有项目内容广泛、重视编目工作与元数据开发,基础设施功能全面、专注服务人文学者,区域与多种类机构有机合作以及图书馆高度参与四个特点。对我国进行相关工作带来以下的启示:将文化遗产数字化服务于第三产业,提升开放获取程度;加快数字人文工作范式创建,充分应用技术;加强国际、区域与机构合作,整合各类资源;发挥高校及图书馆固有优势,引领学科进步。

Data on German digital humanities projects is collected and analyzed through online survey and text analysis.It shows that projects could be divided into three categories in terms of content,including cultural research projects,historical research projects and digital humanities infrastructure projects.The research has the following four characteristics:extensive project content,emphasis on cataloging and metadata development,comprehensive infrastructure,dedicated service to humanities scholars,organic cooperation of regions and various institutions,and deep participation of library.It brings inspirations to the relevant work in China.Cultural heritage digitization should serve the tertiary industry to improve the open access.The establishment of digital humanities paradigm should be accelerated and make full use of technology.Various resources should be integrated by strengthening international,regional and institutional cooperation,and universities and libraries should lead the progress of disciplines based on their inherent advantages.
