“双减”政策内涵的辩证:学生与家长的视角 被引量:2

摘要 对于学生与家长来说,“双减”政策的内涵充满着辩证色彩,带有一定的可能性与不确定性。“双减”政策主要针对的是学生校外作业负担重,要坚决减下来,就必然增加校内课后服务。这就不是简单的减,而是一种“提质”或“增效”,也是另外一种意义上的“增负”。减轻学生作业负担意味着相应地减轻家长负担。与学生一样,家长的“减负”与“增负”彼此相连,不可分割,即有“减”就有“加”。对家长来说,不论充满积极意义的“引导”“沟通”及“培训”,还是带有消极含义的“考试”焦虑,都是一种“增负”。最大限度地创造机会,在“增效”与“增能”上下功夫,把“增负”化为转机,把挑战化为动力,使“减负”所带来的不确定性与可能性转变为积极向上的正能量。 For students and parents,the connotation of Double Reduction Policy is full of dialectical color,with a certain possibility and uncertainty.The Double Reduction Policy is mainly aimed at the heavy burden of students’homework.If we want to reduce it firmly,we must increase after-school service.This is not a simple reduction,but a“quality”or“efficiency”,but also in another sense of the“increase”in the negative.Reducing Students’homework burden also means reducing parents’burden accordingly.Like the students,the parents of“load”and“increase”is connected with each other,inseparable,that is,in“reduction”there is“addiction”.For parents,whether full of positive“guidance”,“communication”and“training”,or with a negative meaning of“test”anxiety,is a“burden”.Creating opportunities to the greatest extent,working hard on“increasing efficiency”and“enhancing energy”,turning“increasing burdens”into opportunities,turning challenges into motivation,and turning the uncertainty and possibility brought about by turning“reducing burdens”into positive energy.
