摘要
格雷母线定位技术具有传统定位方式所不具备的优良特性,文中将格雷母线定位技术应用到钢轨平移定位系统中,可有效地提升运载设备定位的准确性及多设备之间的同步性,减少钢轨生产过程中的弯曲和扭曲变形,降低事故发生率和人工劳动强度,提高钢轨运送的自动化水平。现场应用结果表明:系统的定位精度可达5 mm,能够较好地实现长钢轨高精度同步平移。
In view of the excellent characteristics of Gray bus positioning technology that traditional positioning methods don't have,applying Gray bus positioning technology to rail translation positioning system can effectively improve the positioning accuracy of transport equipment and the synchronization among multiple equipment,reduce the bending and distortion in the process of rail production,reduce the accident rate and labor intensity,and improve the automation level of rail transportation.The field application results show that the positioning accuracy of the system can reach 5 mm,and it can achieve high-precision synchronous translation of long rails.
