摘要
文中通过项目背景介绍、生产过程评估、流程再造、设备选型和技术参数评估、对接设备设计和项目管理等方面阐述了AGV物流系统在传统制造行业注塑车间应用实施过程,主要介绍与注塑生产过程相结合的物流策划和AGV设计开发的实施路径。以实现自动化设备之间点对点和自动化设备到人工操作工位货到人的运输方式为目的,AGV类型选用双层滚筒式无反射板激光导航车,应用于注塑车间各工序间半成品小批量自动运输。
Through the introduction of project background,evaluation of production process,process reengineering,equipment selection and technical parameter evaluation,docking equipment design and project management,this paper expounds the application process of AGV logistics system in the injection workshop of traditional manufacturing industry,and mainly introduces the logistics planning combined with injection production process and the implementation path of AGV design and development.In order to realize the point-to-point transportation between automatic equipment and the transportation mode of goods to people from automatic equipment to manual operation stations,a double-layer roller laser navigation vehicle without reflecting plate is selected,which is applied to the automatic transportation of semi-finished products in small batches between processes in the injection workshop.
