《军队飞行人员颈腰痛防控知信行问卷》编制及信效度检验

Development and reliability and validity test of the Knowledge-Attitude-Practice Questionnaire of Military Aircrews on the Prevention and Control of Neck and Low Back Pain

目的 编制适用于评估军队飞行人员颈腰痛防控知识、态度、行为情况的问卷,并检验其信度和效度。 方法 以知信行模式为理论框架,通过文献分析法、半结构访谈法、课题小组讨论法构建问卷条目池,通过两轮德尔菲法专家咨询筛选条目,形成初始问卷,对230名军队飞行人员进行预调查,运用经典测量理论进一步筛选条目,形成正式问卷。2021年10月至11月使用正式问卷对10个飞行部队的615名军队飞行人员进行调查,检验正式问卷的信度及效度。 结果 正式问卷由知识、态度、行为3个维度35个条目组成,问卷整体的Cronbach sα系数为0.884,子维度的Cronbach sα系数为0.689~0.948,信度良好。各维度与总问卷的Spearman相关系数均大于各维度之间的相关系数,各条目与所属维度的相关系数均大于其与其他维度的相关系数;I-CVI范围为0.83~1.00,S-CVI=0.886,S-CVI/ave=0.981;累积方差贡献率为63.555%,条目的因子载荷量范围为0.401~0.893,效度良好。 结论 《军队飞行人员颈腰痛防控知信行问卷》符合问卷开发、编制过程及要求,问卷信效度良好,可作为调查军队飞行人员颈腰痛防控知识、态度、行为水平的评估工具。

Objective To develop the knowledge-attitude-practice questionnaire of military aircrews on the prevention and control of neck and low back pain,and to test the reliability and validity of the questionnaire.Methods Taking the knowledge-attitude-practice model as the theoretical framework,the questionnaire item pool was constructed through literature analysis,semi-structured interview and topic group discussion.Through two rounds of Delphi expert consultation,the items were selected to form the initial questionnaire.Two hundred and thirty military aircrews were pre-investigated,and the items were further screened by using Classical Measurement Theory to form the formal questionnaire.From October to November 2021,615 military aircrews in 10 flight units were selected to test the reliability and validity of the formal questionnaire. Results The formal questionnaire was composed of 35 items in three dimensions of knowledge,attitude and practice.The Cronbach sαcoefficient of the questionnaire as a whole was 0.884,and the Cronbach sαcoefficient of the sub-dimension was 0.6890.948,indicating good reliability.The Spearman correlation coefficient between each dimension and the total questionnaire was greater than that between each dimension,and the correlation coefficient between each item and its dimension was greater than that with other dimensions.The range of I-CVI was 0.831.00,S-CVI was 0.886,S-CVI/ave was 0.981,the contribution rate of cumulative variance was 63.555%,and the factor load of items was 0.4010.893,indicating good validity. Conclusion The Knowledge-Attitude-Practice Questionnaire of Military Aircrews on the Prevention and Control of Neck and Low Back Pain meets the development process and requirements of the questionnaire and its reliability and validity are good.It can be used as an evaluation tool to investigate the knowledge,attitude and practice level of neck and low back pain prevention and control in military aircrews.
