社交媒体时代的终身学习:自我决定学习论的视角 被引量:1

摘要 自我决定学习论(Heutagogy)最早出现在高等职业教育领域,强调实践取向的成人自主学习。它以双环学习为过程,以才能发展为目的,强调学习者的能动性和反思性。随着信息技术对教育教学方式的深刻形塑,自我决定学习论的创始人开始思考如何在信息技术背景下创设以学习者为中心的学习体验,进而激发学习者的自主学习。自我决定学习论的基本原则与社交媒体的能供性高度适配。社交媒体的快速发展,为学习者提供了兼具个性化、高互动性和生成性的学习场域。提升学习者的社交媒体素养,加强对社交媒体平台资源建设的规范,通过学术研究扩大基于社交媒体的终身学习实践是推进社交媒体时代自我决定的终身学习的重要策略。 Heutagogy is a new development of pedagogy and andragogy,which first appeared in the field of higher vocational education,emphasizing practice-oriented adult autonomous learning.It takes double-loop learning as the process,talent development as the purpose,and emphasizes the learner's initiative and reflection.With the profound shaping of the information technology on the way of education and teaching,the founder of the theory of self-determined learning began to think about how to create learner-centered learning experience under the background of information technology,so as to stimulate the autonomous learning of learners.The basic principles of self-determined learning are highly compatible with the availability of social media.The rapid development of social media provides learners with personalized,highly interactive and generative learning fields.Improving learners'social media literacy,strengthening the regulation of social media platform resource construction,and expanding lifelong learning practice based on social media through academic research are important strategies to promote self-determined lifelong learning in the social media era.
