欧洲终身学习平台助力终身学习体系建设的实践路径分析 被引量:2

摘要 欧洲终身学习平台是致力于欧洲终身学习体系建设的民间组织。该组织在推动欧洲终身学习体系建设上经历了初步形成和主动参与、快速发展和深度融合、趋于稳定和创新发展等3个时期的路径演变。在实践活动上,该组织响应欧盟官方政策,发动民间力量参与拓宽传统正规教育范围,促进非正规、非正式教育成果认证;保障弱势群体,树立欧洲公民意识;推行数字化教育,提升媒体素养的实践活动,促进欧洲终身学习体系建设。这些成功经验为中国民间组织助力中国终身学习体系建设提供了有益的借鉴。 The European Platform for Lifelong Learning is a non-governmental organization dedicated to the construction of a European lifelong learning system.In promoting the construction of the European lifelong learning system,the organization has experienced three stages:initial formation and active participation,rapid development and deep integration,stabilization and innovative development.In practice,the organization responds to the official policies of the European Union by mobilizing civil forces to participate in broadening the scope of traditional formal education and promoting non-formal and informal education achievement certification;protects the vulnerable and builds a sense of European citizenship;promotes digital education and practical activities to improve media literacy,and facilitates the construction of a European lifelong learning system.These successful experiences provide a useful reference for Chinese non-governmental organizations to help build China's lifelong learning system.
