动压条件下双巷布置综采工作面煤柱合理宽度研究 被引量:2

摘要 为解决一次采全高超长距离双巷布置综采工作面煤柱的合理留设宽度问题,同时提高巷道煤柱稳定性及资源回收效率,以双柳煤矿8^(#)煤层8204综采工作面为工程背景,通过理论分析、数值模拟和工业性试验相结合的方法,揭示煤柱侧向支承压力分布规律,量化分析了不同煤柱宽度(10 m、12 m、14 m、16 m)下煤柱应力及塑性区分布规律,确定了动压条件下双巷布置综采工作面的合理煤柱宽度为14 m,基于此宽度下提出巷道围岩支护控制技术及合理支护参数,并对巷道位移量进行了监测。现场矿压监测结果表明:14 m煤柱宽度既可满足巷道稳定性的要求还能有效改善巷道失稳问题,提高了煤炭资源利用率,保证了矿井安全生产。 This study is to determine the reasonable width of coal pillars in double lane fully-mechanized mining face with full-height and ultra-long-distance and to improve the stability of coal pillars and resource recovery.Taking the No.8204 fully-mechanized working face in the No.8 coal seam in Shuangliu Mine as the engineering background,theoretical analysis,numerical simulation,and industrial testing were combined to reveal the distribution law of lateral bearing pressure of coal pillars.The study analyzed the stress distribution and plastic zone at different coal pillar widths(10 m,12 m,14 m,and 16 m) and determined the reasonable width to be 14 m for the double lane layout under dynamic pressure.Based on this,it proposed the control technology and supporting parameters and monitored the roadway displacement.The on-site monitoring results show that the 14 m coal pillar meets the requirements for stability,which could effectively improve the instability,increase the utilization of coal resources,and ensure the safe production.
