醋酸纤维滤棒中三乙酸甘油酯含量检测方法的优化

摘要 为了快速准确测定醋酸纤维滤棒中三乙酸甘油酯含量,对YC/T331中醋酸纤维滤棒前处理方法进行了优化,即确定样品质量为1.5g,萃取液体积为90mL,振荡时间为2h;建立方法的重复性良好,各样品检测结果的RSD均小于1%;在回收率试验中,低、中、高浓度样品回收率均在93%以上,方法的准确性较高。 In order to determine the content of Triacetin in YC fiber filter rod quickly and accurately,the pretreatment method of YC fiber filter rod in YC / T 331 was optimized.The sample mass was determined to be 1.5 g,the volume of extraction liquid was 90 ml,the oscillation time was 2h;The repeatability of the method is good,the RSD of each sample is less than 1% In the recovery test,the recovery of low,middle and high concentration samples is more than 93%,which shows the accuracy of the method is high.
