电子产品手工装接是电子工程技术人员的一项基本技能,各大专院校也开设了装接技能训练课程,但可供参考的训练工艺流程较少,为此,江阴职业技术学院电子系电子装接教学团队经过多年教学实践,总结教学经验,在参考了行业标准、参照了企业工艺文件及行业技能大赛评分细则的基础上,自编了一套电子产品手工装接的工艺流程及考核标准,本文阐述了电子产品手工装接的主要工艺流程,并对流程中对人与物的规范要求作出了简要分析,目的是让阅读者理解流程设置的必要性和科学性。通过本文的介绍,希望能对在校学生的电子装接实践带来指导,也能对电子产品装接初学者有所帮助。

The manual assembly of electronic products is a basic skill for electronic engineering and technical personnel.Colleges and universities have also opened assembly skills training courses,but there are fewer training processes for reference.For this reason,Jiangyin Vocational and Technical College Electronics After years of teaching practice,the department’s electronic assembly teaching team has summarized teaching experience.Based on reference to industry standards,enterprise process documents and industry skills competition scoring rules,they have compiled a set of manual assembly process and procedures for electronic products.Assessing standards,this article describes the main process flow of the manual assembly of electronic products,and makes a brief analysis of the specification requirements for people and objects in the process,the purpose is to let the reader understand the necessity and scientificity of the process setting.Through the introduction of this article,I hope to bring guidance to the students’ electronic assembly practice and help beginners in electronic product assembly.
