摘要
通过选取甲醇、异丙醇和丙酮作为有机类湿电子化学品的代表,建立PT-GCMS测定电子行业用有机化学品中5种苯系物的检测方法。方法的定量限可以低至1 ng/mL,相对标准偏差均在10%以内,在2 ng和50 ng含量水平进行加标试验,各项目的回收率范围为67.4%-128.1%。
By selecting methanol,isopropanol and acetone as the representatives of organic wet electronic chemicals,a GC-MS method for the determination of five benzene series in organic chemicals used in electronic industry was established.The quantitative limit of the method can be as low as 1 ng / ml,and the relative standard deviation is within 10%.The standard addition test is carried out at the content levels of 2 ng and 50 ng.The recovery of each item ranges from 67.4% to 128.1%.
