感冒类中成药处方审核技术要点

Key technical points of prescription review of Chinese patent medicine for cold treatment

目的建立感冒类中成药处方审核的技术要点。方法在现有中成药处方点评专家共识和审方实践的基础上,基于覆盖感冒治疗全部中医证型的22种常用中成药(以通用名计)的组方和功效特点,确定处方审核的技术要点。结果从适应证审核、药品遴选审核、联合用药审核、用法用量审核和用药疗程审核五大方面,形成15大项33小项的审核技术要点,详细论述了不合理的诊断类型、不适用的人群特点、不适宜的联用方式、不建议的超量情况和不恰当的疗程安排等内容。同时,对各个审核技术要点进行例证分析,归纳总结出10余项审核通则。结论构建了感冒类中成药的处方审核技术要点和通用规则,为中成药处方审核提供技术支持。

Objective To determine the key technical points of prescription review of Chinese patent medicine for cold.Methods On the basis of the existing expert consensus on prescription review of Chinese patent medicine and the prescription review practice,the technical points were determined based on the formulation and efficacy characteristics of 22 commonly used Chinese patent medicines(in general name)covering all traditional Chinese medicine syndrome types of cold treatment.Results This paper collected the technical points of 15 major items and 33 minor items from the five aspects of indication review,namely drug selection review,combined medication review,usage and dosage review and course of treatment review.The unreasonable diagnosis type,unsuitable population characteristics,unsuitable combination mode,over dose situation and improper treatment arrangement were discussed in detail.At the same time,the key points of each review technology were analyzed by examples.More than 10 general technical rules were summarized.Conclusion The key technical points and general rules of prescription review of Chinese patent medicine for cold are established to provide technical support for the prescription review of Chinese patent medicine.
