化疗药物引发肿瘤转移的现象及机制探讨

恶性肿瘤转移是癌症患者死亡的主要原因之一,是影响患者预后的重要因素。尽管化疗药物在临床应用中显示出良好的杀伤肿瘤细胞的作用,但已有研究发现化疗药物与肿瘤转移密切相关。化疗药物可能会通过降低肿瘤细胞黏附力或改变肿瘤细胞微环境,进而促进肿瘤细胞扩散或转移。对于化疗药物,仅关注其临床疗效和不良反应是不够的,还需要对其诱发肿瘤转移和侵袭给予重视。本文对化疗药物引起肿瘤转移的情况和可能的机制进行了总结,为临床合理使用化疗药物提供参考。

Malignant tumor metastasis is a main cause of death in cancer patients and an important factor for patients prognosis.Although chemotherapeutic drugs have shown good effect on tumor cells in clinical practice,they are closely related to tumor metastasis.Chemotherapeutic drugs may promote tumor cell proliferation or metastasis by reducing tumor cell adhesion or causing changes in the microenvironment of tumor cells.For chemotherapeutic drugs,it is not enough to pay attention only to their clinical efficacy and adverse reactions,but to their induction of tumor metastasis and invasion.This paper summarized the situation and possible mechanism of tumor metastasis caused by chemotherapeutic drugs,providing reference for rational use of chemotherapy drugs.
