转运团队对高危新生儿院际转运突发事件及危险因素的主观认识

Transfer team's perspectives on emergency and its influencing factors during inter-hospital transfer of high-risk newborns

目的了解转运团队对高危新生儿院际转运的突发事件及危险因素的主观认识,为后续制订和完善高危新生儿院际转运安全防范策略提供依据。方法对3所省级新生儿救治中心的22名转运团队成员进行半结构化访谈,运用NVivo 11.0软件对访谈资料进行分析。结果形成2个主题及对应的11个副主题:院际转运的突发事件(机械故障、物品配备不全、转诊医院病情预判与实际不一致、严重病情变化、交通意外);院际转运的危险因素(外部因素、综合素质、病人因素、仪器设备、人力调配、职业防护)。结论高危新生儿院际转运突发事件多、风险类型复杂,需要考量多项因素,建立健全风险防范策略,保障转运安全。

Objective To understand the transfer team's perspectives on emergency and its influencing factors during inter-hospital transfer of high-risk newborns.Methods The semi-structured interviews with 22 team members from 3 provincial neonatal treatment centers were conducted.NVivo 11.0 software was used to analyze the data.Results Two themes and 11 corresponding sub-themes were developed:emergencies during inter-hospital transfer(mechanical failure,inadequate items preparation,inconsistency between the prognosis and the actual condition of the newborns,serious condition changes,and traffic accidents);risk factors of inter-hospital transfer(external factors,comprehensive quality,patient factors,instruments and equipment,manpower deployment,and occupational protection).Conclusion There are many emergencies and complex types of risks in inter-hospital transfer of high-risk neonates,and several factors need to be considered to establish a sound risk prevention strategy to ensure the safety of transfer.
