摘要
采用L_(9)(3^(3))正交设计进行钻天柳嫩枝扦插试验,每因素取3水平,探讨ABT质量浓度、处理时间、扦插基质3因素对钻天柳嫩枝扦插生根率的影响。于6月末至7月初剪取半木质化枝条中间部分作插穗,长10~12 cm,上端留3~4枚叶片,在大棚内扦插。结果表明:用200 mg·L^(-1) ABT处理4 h,扦插基质为1/5珍珠岩+4/5河沙,扦插生根率最高,为90.25%。
The propagation experiment of Chosenia arbutifolia with softwood cutting was carried out with L_(9)(3^(3)) orthogonal design.Three levels were taken for each factor.The effects of the concentration of ABT,the treatment time and the substrate on the rooting rate of Chosenia arbutifolia with softwood cutting were studied.At the end of June or the beginning of July the middle part of the semi-woody branch was cut as the cutting spike.The length was 10-12 cm with 3-4 leaves left at the upper end.The propagation by cutting was carried out in a greenhouse.The results showed that when the concentration of ABT was 200 mg·L^(-1),the treatment time was 4 h,and the substrate was 1/5 perlite +4/5 river sand,the rooting rate reached 90.25 % that was the highest.
