2022年7月23日,由中国政法大学柳经纬教授担任首席专家的国家社科基金重大项目“基于法治、国家治理和全球治理的技术法规研究”(21&ZD192)开题报告会顺利举行。报告会以线上方式举行,由中国政法大学科研处处长栗峥教授主持,中国政法大学副校长时建中教授到会致辞。
