摘要
临夏州芍药白粉病发生严重,危害当地芍药特色产业。为统一防治用药标准,以市面常见的8种杀菌剂为对象开展芍药白粉病单因素无交叉多水平田间防治试验,通过病情指数、防治效率测定药效,以确定最优药剂和用药浓度。结果表明,使用500倍液时8种试验药剂防治效率均>88%,其中5种试验药剂>95%。研究表明,7月中下旬用丙环唑、代森锰锌、多抗霉素500倍液,三唑酮500~1 000倍液,硫磺·三唑酮500~1 500倍液喷雾使用,病情指数减退95%以上,生产中可以交替使用上述药剂,以避免芍药白粉抗药性的发生。
In Linxia Prefecture,Paeonia lactiflora powdery mildew occurs seriously,endangering the local Paeonia lactiflora industry.In order to unify the control and drug standards,a single-factor non-crossover multi-level field control experiment was carried out with 8 common fungicides in the market,and the drug efficacy was determined by disease index,and control efficiency to determine the optimal drug and drug concentration.The results showed that when using 500 times of liquid,the control efficiency of 8 kinds of test chemicals were all > 88%,and 5 kinds of test agents were > 95%.Studies have shown that when propiconazole,mancozeb,polydoxomycin 500 times,polyoxins 500~1 000 times,and sulfur-triazolone 500~1 500 times are sprayed in the middle and late July,the disease index will decrease more than 95%,the above agentias can be used alternately in production to reduce the occurrence of drug resistance of Paeonia lactiflora powdery mildew.
