布地奈德联合孟鲁司特钠对喘息性支气管炎患儿肺功能的影响

Effect of budesonide combined with montelukast sodium on pulmonary function in children with asthmatic bronchitis

目的探讨布地奈德联合孟鲁司特钠对喘息性支气管炎(AB)患儿肺功能的影响。方法选取2017年1月至2020年12月本院接收的100例AB患儿为研究对象,依据入院编号的奇偶性将其分为对照组与观察组,每组50例。对照组在常规对症治疗基础上实施布地奈德雾化吸入治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上实施孟鲁司特钠治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,观察组的肺功能、免疫功能指标、炎症因子水平均优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的临床症状持续时间显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论布地奈德联合孟鲁司特钠治疗小儿AB的效果显著,可降低机体炎症因子水平,提升免疫功能、肺功能,缩短临床症状持续时间,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of budesonide combined with montelukast sodium on pulmonary function in children with asthmatic bronchitis(AB).Methods A total of 100 children with AB admitted in our hospital from January2017 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to the parity of admission numbers,the children were divided into control group and observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with budesonide aerosol inhalation on the basis of conventional symptomatic treatment,and the observation group was treated with montelukast sodium on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the lung function,immune function indexes and inflammatory factors levels of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The duration of clinical symptoms in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Budesonide combined with montelukast sodium has a significant effect in the treatment of children with AB,it can reduce the levels of inflammation factors,improve immune function and lung function,and shorten the duration of clinical symptoms,which is worthy of promotion.
