孟鲁司特钠联合布地奈德福莫特罗治疗中重度儿童支气管哮喘的临床效果

Clinical effect of montelukast sodium combined with budesonide formoterol in the treatment of moderate to severe bronchial asthma in children

目的分析孟鲁司特钠联合布地奈德福莫特罗治疗中重度儿童支气管哮喘(BA)的临床效果。方法选取我院2017年1月至2020年12月收治的120例中重度BA患儿作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组(布地奈德福莫特罗吸入疗法)与研究组(孟鲁司特钠联合布地奈德福莫特罗吸入疗法),各60例。比较两组的治疗效果。结果研究组的治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组的白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、干扰素-γ(INF-γ)、嗜酸性粒细胞阳离子蛋白(ECP)水平低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组的每分钟最大通气量(MVV)、二氧化碳分压(PaCO_(2))、呼出气一氧化氮(FeNO)低于对照组,血氧分压(PaO_(2))高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论孟鲁司特钠联合布地奈德福莫特罗吸入疗法治疗中重度儿童BA的临床效果更佳,能够更有效控制炎症反应,改善肺功能。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of montelukast sodium combined with budesonide formoterol in the treatment of moderate to severe bronchial asthma(BA)in children.Methods A total of 120 children with moderate to severe BA in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,the children were divided into control group(budesonide formoterol inhalation therapy)and study group(montelukast sodium combined with budesonide formoterol inhalation therapy),with 60 cases in each group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interferon-γ(INF-γ)and eosinophil cationic protein(ECP)in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the maximal voluntary ventilation(MVV),arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide(PaCO_(2))and fractional exhaled nitric oxide(FeNO)in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the arterial partial pressure of oxygen(PaO_(2))was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Montelukast sodium combined with budesonide formoterol inhalation therapy on children with moderate to severe BA has a better clinical effect,which can more effiectirely control the inflammatory response and improve lung function.
