早期营养支持结合护理干预对食管癌术后患者胃肠功能恢复的影响

Effect of early nutrition support combined with nursing intervention on gastrointestinal function recovery in patients with esophageal cancer after operation

目的探究早期营养支持结合护理干预对食管癌术后患者胃肠功能恢复的影响。方法纳入2018年3月至2021年2月我院行手术治疗的100例食管癌患者为研究对象,按照抽签法将其分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组给予早期营养支持结合护理干预。比较两组的干预效果。结果观察组的进食时间、肛门首次排气时间、肛门首次排便时间、肠鸣音恢复时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,两组的血红蛋白(HB)、血清白蛋白(ALB)、血清前白蛋白(PAB)水平高于干预前,患者主观整体评估(PG-SGA)评分低于干预前,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,两组的汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分低于干预前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论早期营养支持结合护理干预在食管癌术后患者中的应用效果显著,能有效促进胃肠功能恢复,改善营养状态,提高免疫功能,有利于术后恢复。

Objective To explore the effect of early nutrition support combined with nursing intervention on gastrointestinal function recovery in patients with esophageal cancer after operation.Methods A total of 100 patients with esophageal cancer who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital from March 2018 to February 2021 were included as the research objects and divided into control group and observation group according to the lottery method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,while the observation group was given early nutrition support combined with nursing intervention.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results The feeding time,the time of first anal exhaust,the time of first anal defecation and the recovery time of bowel sounds in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the levels of hemoglobin(HB),albumin(ALB)and prealbumin(PAB)in the two groups were higher than those before intervention,the Patient-Generated Subjective Global Assessment(PG-SGA)score was lower than that before intervention,and those in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)and Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)scores of the two groups were lower than those before intervention,and those of the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Early nutrition support combined with nursing intervention on esophageal cancer after operation patients has a significant application effect,which can effectively promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function,ameliorate nutritional status,improve immune function and it is conducive to postoperative recovery.
