针对性呼吸道护理对肺癌患者经胸腔镜肺叶切除术后肺功能和生存质量的影响

Effects of targeted respiratory tract nursing on pulmonary function and quality of life in patients with lung cancer after thoracoscopic lobectomy

目的分析针对性呼吸道护理对肺癌患者经胸腔镜肺叶切除术后肺功能和生存质量的影响。方法选取2018年2月至2020年6月在我院接受胸腔镜肺叶切除术治疗的100例肺癌患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组(50例,常规护理)与观察组(50例,针对性呼吸道护理)。比较两组的护理效果。结果观察组的呼吸道并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,两组的用力肺活量(FVC)、第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV_(1))、第1秒用力呼气容积占预计值百分比(FEV_(1)%pred)及FEV_(1)/FVC均升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,两组的功能领域、总体健康评分均升高,症状领域评分均降低,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论肺癌患者经胸腔镜肺叶切除术后采用针对性呼吸道护理可有效降低呼吸道并发症总发生率,改善肺功能指标,提高护理满意度和生存质量。

Objective To analyze the effects of targeted respiratory tract nursing on pulmonary function and quality of life in patients with lung cancer after thoracoscopic lobectomy.Methods A total of 100 lung cancer patients who underwent thoracoscopic lobectomy in our hospital from February 2018 to June 2020 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were divided into control group(50 cases,routine nursing)and observation group(50 cases,targeted respiratory tract nursing)according to the random number table method.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total incidence of respiratory complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,forced vital capacity(FVC),forced expiratory volume in the first second(FEV_(1)),percentage of forced expiratory volume in the first second to predicted value(FEV_(1)%pred)and FEV_(1)/FVC in the two groups increased,and those in the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of functional areas and overall health in the two groups increased,the score of symptom areas decreased,and those in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Targeted respiratory tract nursing applied in lung cancer patients after thoracoscopic lobectomy can effectively reduce the total incidence of respiratory complications,ameliorate pulmonary function,and improve nursing satisfaction and quality of life.
