强化母乳喂养联合智护训练对早产儿体智发育的影响

Effect of strengthen breastfeeding combined with intellectual training on the physical and mental development of premature infants

目的分析强化母乳喂养联合智护训练对早产儿体智发育的影响。方法将2019年1月至2020年12月在我院出生的88例早产儿随机分为对照组和观察组,各44例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予强化母乳喂养联合智护训练。比较两组的干预效果。结果观察组出生1、3、6个月时的体重、头围、身长均优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组出生3、6个月时的智力发展指数(MDI)和运动发展指数(PDI)均高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组的发育商(DQ)、新生儿神经行为测定(NBNA)、母乳喂养自我效能量表(BSES)评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论强化母乳喂养联合智护训练在早产儿中的应用效果显著。

Objective To analyze the effect of strengthen breastfeeding combined with intellectual training on the physical and mental development of premature infants.Methods A total of 88 premature infants born in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 44 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given strengthen breastfeeding combined with intellectual training.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results The weight,head circumference and body length of the observation group at 1,3 and 6 months after birth were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The mental development index(MDI)and psychomotor development index(PDI)of the observation group were higher than those of the control group at 3 and 6 months after birth(P<0.05).After nursing,the deveopmental quotient(DQ),Neonatal Behavioral Neurological Assessment(NBNA)and Breastfeeding Self-Efficacy Scale(BSES)scores in the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The strengthen breastfeeding combined with intellectual training in pretermature infants has a significant application effect.
