贵州省民族药材鸭儿芹的质量标准研究 被引量:1

Study on Quality Standard of Cryptotaenia japonica Hassk as the Ethnic Medicine in Guizhou Province

摘要 为了建立鸭儿芹的质量标准,采集贵州产地的13批鸭儿芹药材,对其开展鉴别、检查、浸出物等研究。对鸭儿芹药材粉末的显微特征进行观察,建立了鸭儿芹的显微鉴别方法;以三氯甲烷-甲醇-甲酸(15∶5∶1)为展开剂,采用薄层色谱法(thin layer chromatography,TLC)在聚酰胺薄膜上进行薄层色谱鉴别,鸭儿芹在与咖啡酸、绿原酸对照品相应位置上,显相同颜色的荧光斑点;分别以不同浓度乙醇和水作为溶剂,采用冷浸法和热浸法对鸭儿芹样品的浸出物进行测定,以水作为溶剂时热浸法的浸出物含量最高;根据2020年版《中华人民共和国药典》(四部)通则中的方法对13批鸭儿芹药材的水分、灰分及水溶性浸出物进行测定,其质量分数分别为7.80%~12.48%,6.24%~11.64%,17.84%~25.20%。综合研究的各项结果建立了鸭儿芹药材的质量标准,为其质量控制提供了参考依据。 In order to establish the quality standard,13 batches of Cryptotaenia japonica Hassk were collected from Guizhou,and the studies on the identification,inspection and extract of the items were carried out.The microscopic identification method was established by observing the microscopic characteristics of Cryptotaenia japonica Hassk powder.The thin layer chromatography(TLC)was performed on polyamide film with chloroform-methanol-formic acid(15∶5∶1)as developing solvent,and Cryptotaenia japonica Hassk showed fluorescent spots of the same color on the corresponding position with the reference substances of caffeic acid and chlorogenic acid.Then with different concentration of ethanol and water as solvent,the extract of Cryptotaenia japonica Hassk was determined by cold maceration and hot extraction,respectively.As a result,the extract content of the hot extraction method was the highest when water was used as the solvent.According to the corresponding methods in 2020 edition of Chinese Pharmacopoeia(partⅣ),the water content,total ash and water-soluble extract of Cryptotaenia japonica Hassk were determined with the corresponding results of 7.80%-12.48%,6.24%-11.64%and 17.84%-25.20%,respectively.Based on the above results of this study,the quality standard of Cryptotaenia japonica Hassk was established,which can be used as a reference for its quality control.
