精细化大麻纤维梳理工艺参数的优化 被引量:1

Optimization of carding process parameters of fine hemp fiber

摘要 针对精细化大麻纤维梳理过程中出现的针布嵌杂及梳理后纤维分裂度低、短绒含量高等问题,探究了A186型梳棉机工艺对大麻纤维性能的影响,以降低梳理过程对大麻纤维造成的损伤,使分梳后的大麻纤维变得更细、更干净,提高大麻纤维的可纺性能。采用正交试验探索大锡林转速、大锡林针布型号、工作辊-大锡林及剥毛辊-大锡林隔距对大麻纤维细度、长度、短绒率、硬条率及强度的影响。试验所得最优方案为:大锡林转速322 r/min,大锡林针布型号AC2520×1850,工作辊-大锡林及剥毛辊-大锡林隔距0.56、0.30 mm。采用最优方案产生的大麻纤维产品线密度为7.95 dtex,硬条率达到3.77%,长度为27.346 mm,短绒率为31.28%,断裂强度为2.937 cN/dtex。 Aiming at the problems of card clothing intercalation,low fiber splitting degree and high short fiber content in the carding process of fine hemp fiber,the effect of process parameters of A186 carding machine on the properties of hemp fiber is explored to reduce the damage caused by the carding process to the hemp fiber,to make the carded hemp fiber finer and cleaner,and to improve the spinnability of hemp fiber.Orthogonal test is used to explore the effects of large cylinder rotating speed,the type of the large cylinder card cloth,the gauge of the work roll-large cylinder and the stripping roll-large cylinder on hemp fiber fineness,length,short fiber content,hard sliver rate and strength.The optimal scheme obtained from the test is as follows:large cylinder speed is 322 r/min,large cylinder card clothing model is AC2520×1850,the gauge of work roll-large cylinder and stripping roll-large cylinder are 0.56 and 0.30 mm respectively.The hemp fiber product with the optimal scheme has the linear density of 7.95 dtex,hard sliver rate of 3.77%,length of 27.346 mm,short fiber content of 31.28%,and breaking strength of 2.937 cN/dtex.
