摘要
基于Kano模型与老年人用户需求护理服务系统的设计原则与方法,通过设计问卷调查法获取老年人用户在户外行走过程中对辅助行走的原始需求,利用Kano模型对老年人用户原始需求进行分类,借助四象限散点模型图分析需求的重要性,并依据需求的优先级实现护理服务系统的设计应用。以智能护理系统为例,获得老年人用户在体验辅助行走过程中的需求描述,并对需求的优先级进行排序,从而提出具体的设计策略和原则,用以开发智能护理服务系统,实现辅助行走、监测运动和健康管理的三位一体服务应用。
Based on the Kano model and the design principles and methods of the nursing service system, the original need of elderly users for assisted walking in the process of outdoor walking is obtained by designing a questionnaire survey. The Kano model is used to classify the original need of the elderly users, the importance of the need is analyzed with the help of four-quadrant scatter model diagram, and the design and application of nursing service system according to the priority of needs are realized. Taking the intelligent nursing system as an example, the needs of the elderly users in the process of experiencing assisted walking are obtained, and the priorities of the needs are sorted, so as to put forward specific design strategies and principles to develop the intelligent nursing service system and realize the three-in-one service application of assisted walking, sports monitoring and health management.
