摘要
该文主要以工程实践案例为基础,从水土流失本质出发,充分考虑规划设计和工程施工工艺要求,对水土保持方案编制中若干问题进行实证分析,运用系统工程学理论重点解决土石方工程量的计算和土石方的平衡等问题,基于形成的结论进行概念分析和理论探讨。通过科学计算和理论研究,提出土石方工程在实践中的系数换算体系,进一步强调生产建设项目中土石方工程对水土流失影响的重要性,指出更加系统化、理论化地研究水土保持措施的必要性。
In this paper, mainly based on the engineering practice case, from the nature of soil and water loss, fully considering the planning design and engineering construction technology requirements, it empirically analyze some problems in the preparation of soil and water conservation scheme. The system engineering theory is mainly used to solve the problems of earthwork calculation and earthwork balance, and the conceptual analysis and theoretical discussion are carried out based on the formed conclusions. Through scientific calculation and theoretical research, the coefficient conversion system of earth rock engineering in practice is put forward, the importance of the impact of earth rock engineering on water and soil loss in production and construction projects is further emphasized, and the necessity of more systematic and theoretical research on water and soil conservation measures is pointed out.
