利用科研思维培训去增强“5+3”一体化医学生临床思维能力的探讨 被引量:4

摘要 “5+3”一体化培养模式是我国医学高等教育改革的新模式,将医学本科教育、专业学位硕士教育、住院医师规范化培训及执业医师考试融为一体,旨在培养兼具临床实践及科研创新能力的复合型人才。兼具科研能力的临床医学人才能较好地将科研思维利用在临床实践中。该文针对我国目前“5+3”一体化培养方案及科研思维培训模式进行概括,并对如何将科研思维培训模式融入“5+3”一体化培养方案从而带动临床思维能力提出建议。 The "5+3" integrated training model is a new model of medical higher education reform in China, integrating medical undergraduate education, professional degree master’s education, standardized residency training and practitioner examination into one. The aim is to cultivate compound talents with both clinical practice and scientific research innovation ability. Only clinical medical personnel with scientific research ability can better use scientific research thinking in clinical practice. This paper summarizes the current "5+3" integrated training program and scientific research thinking training mode in China, and puts forward suggestions on how to integrate the scientific research thinking training mode into the "5+3" integrated training program to drive clinical thinking ability.
