摘要
产业学院探索与实践中最直接参与者和创新改良的最直接受益者是高职院校师生,因此从高职师生角度出发,进行产业学院建设问题中存在问题的探索和分析,进而推进产学研协调发展、创新发展职业教育。该文从高职师生视角下探讨了产业学院建设存在的问题,包括产教学院的学生差距问题、人才培养问题、企业派驻教师师资问题和校企合作时效问题等,提出几点策略,以推进高职院校办学质量的螺旋攀升。
The most direct participants in the exploration and practice of industrial college and the most direct beneficiaries of innovation and improvement are teachers and students of higher vocational colleges. Therefore, from the perspective of teachers and students of higher vocational colleges, this paper explores and analyzes the problems existing in the construction of industrial colleges, so as to promote the coordinated development of industry, University and research and the innovative development of vocational education. From the perspective of teachers and students in higher vocational colleges, it discusses the existing problems in the construction of industrial colleges, including the problem of student gap in industry and education colleges, the problem of talent training, the problem of teachers assigned by enterprises, and the problem of timeliness of school enterprise cooperation, and puts forward several strategies to promote the spiral rise of the quality of higher vocational colleges.
