摘要 针对目前滴灌水肥一体化技术推广应用中普遍存在的管理模式粗放、自动化程度低、水肥浪费严重的现状,以智能水肥一体机控制系统开发为研究对象,借助于无线通讯技术、传感器技术及自动控制技术等现代技术开发了一套可以通过远程和本地两种相对独立的模式实现对施肥配方、施肥程序及轮灌编组等灌水施肥过程调控的控制系统。实测结果表明,控制系统有效性达98.3%以上,较传统水肥管理模式节省人工80%以上,有效提高田间水肥管理的自动化程度和精细化水平,符合现代农业的发展需求。 In view of current situation of extensive management mode,low degree of automation and serious waste of water and fertilizer in promotion and application of drip irrigation water and fertilizer integration technology,taking development of intelligent water and fertilizer integrated machine control system as research object,by means of wireless communication technology,sensor technology and automatic control technology and other modern technology,a set of control system was developed which could realize regulation and control of fertilization formula,fertilization procedure and rotation irrigation group through remote and local two relatively independent modes.Measured results showed that,effectiveness of control system was over 98.3%and it could save more than 80%of labor compared with traditional water and fertilizer management mode.This control system could effectively improve automation degree and fine level of field water and fertilizer management,in line with development needs of modern agriculture.
