构建“社区+”青少年心理危机预防与干预体系的思考

On Constructing “Community+” Adolescent Psychological Crisis Prevention and Intervention System

随着社会的发展,青少年心理健康问题越来越受到人们的重视,社区心理健康服务在培养与维护民众心理健康意识、预防心理危机和建设社会支持系统等方面都发挥着重要影响。大力开展社区心理健康教育,构建以社区为原点的学校、家庭、社会一体化协同育人教育体系,对促进青少年的健康成长意义重大。在对当前青少年心理危机干预体系的现状、问题进行分析基础上,建议构建“社区+政府”“社区+医院”“社区+学校”“社区+家庭”和“社区+青少年”的立体化全方位青少年心理危机预防与干预体系。

With the development of society,more and more attention has been paid to the mental health of adolescents.Community mental health service plays an important role not only in cultivating and maintaining people’s mental health consciousness,but also in preventing mental crisis and constructing social support system.It is of great significance to promote the healthy growth of adolescents to vigorously carry out community mental health education and build an integrated collaborative education system of schools,families and society based on the community.On the basis of analyzing the present situation and problems of the intervention system of psychological crisis of adolescents,it is suggested to construct a three-dimensional and all-round psychological crisis prevention and intervention system of“community+government”,“community+hospital”,“community+school”,“community+family”and“community+adolescents”.
