Design of numerical control system for sofa handrail contour machining

文章研究和设计一种专用于沙发扶手轮廓加工机床的数控系统,可以使沙发扶手的轮廓铣削只装夹一次即可完成不同规格产品的全自动化精细加工。系统应用可提高生产效率,降低生产成本,同时为其他木材轮廓加工设备的系统研发提供参考。

This paper studies and designs a numerical control system which is specially used for sofa armrest contour machining machine.It can make the contour milling of sofa armrest complete the automatic fine machining of different specifications products under the condition of only clamping once.The application of the system can improve the production efficiency,reduce the production cost,and provide a reference for the system development of other wood contour processing equipment.
