摘要 随着科技的不断进步,我国制造业技术水平稳步提升,新型设备和新型高效刀具的涌现,使得金属切削加工工艺不断改变。加工工艺的合理化和严谨化可有效提高生产效率、增加产品合格率,但工艺的优化需要刀具和机床的支撑,文章主要针对数控车床高效刀具对加工工艺产生的影响进行讨论分析,并提出相应的策略。 With the continuous progress of science and technology,the manufacturing technology level of our country has begun to steadily improve,the emergence of new equipment and new efficient cutting tools,so that the metal cutting process continues to change.The rationalization and rigor of processing technology can effectively improve production efficiency and increase the qualified rate of products,however,the optimization of the process needs the support of cutting tools and machine tools.This paper mainly dis⁃cusses and analyzes the influence of high efficiency cutting tools of CNC lathe on the processing technology,and gives the correspond⁃ing strategies.
