双塔双循环工艺在脱硫系统改造中的应用

摘要 山西某厂现有4台焦化炉及配套的脱硫系统需要升级改造。因为生产条件变化,烟气量及烟气中的SO2浓度增加,已有的脱硫系统不能满足生产变化后的烟气脱硫需求。原脱硫系统中1#与2#脱硫塔互为备用,3#与4#脱硫塔互为备用。方案不对原有的脱硫系统进行改造,而是在现有的脱硫塔进口串联一个1级脱硫塔,采用双塔双循环工艺进行脱硫,在连接烟道设置的烟道脱水装置拦截大部分一级脱硫塔中被烟气夹带的浆液,通过底部排放口排入1级脱硫塔持液段,实现烟气净化的功能。 The existing 4 coking ovens and the supporting desulfurization system in a plant in Shanxi need to be upgraded.Due to the change of production conditions,the flue gas volume and the concentration of SO2 in flue gas increase,the existing desulfuriza⁃tion system can not meet the demand of flue gas desulfurization after the change of production.In the original desulphurization sys⁃tem,1#and 2#desulphurization towers are used by each other,and 3#and 4#desulphurization towers are used by each other.No modification of the original desulfurization system,the scheme in the existing desulfurization tower import series a level 1 desulfuriza⁃tion tower,twin towers binary process for desulfurization,connecting flue set flue dehydration plant most of interception level by the entrainment of flue gas desulfurization tower slurry,through the liquid drains into grade 1 at the bottom of the desulfurization tower,realize the function of the flue gas purification.
