摘要
建立了一套基于气相色谱和红外吸收分析评价方法,对工作用汽车尾气标准物质进行分析定值。气相色谱分析方法重复性在0.10%~0.37%之间,分析方法线性相关系数为r=0.99995~0.99999;红外吸收分析一氧化碳方法重复性为0.06%~0.17%,分析方法线性相关系数r=0.9999。两种分析方法的检测范围能够完全覆盖工作用汽车尾气标准物质的常见浓度,可应用于气体标准物质的比较定值,定值结果能够满足日常的工作需要。
An evaluation method based on gas chromatography and infrared absorption analysis was established to determine the analytical value of working automobile exhaust reference materials.The repeatability of gas chromatography was 0.10%~0.37%, and the linear correlation coefficient of analysis method was r=0.99995~0.99999.The repeatability of infrared absorption analysis method for carbon monoxide is 0.06%~0.17%, and the linear correlation coefficient of the analysis method is r=0.9999.The detection range of the two analysis methods can completely cover the common concentration of automobile exhaust reference materials for work.The method can be applied to the comparative determination of gas reference materials, and the determination results can meet the needs of daily work.
