非连续累计自动衡器检定方法的选择及误差计算

摘要 本文针对非连续累计自动衡器的不同结构形式和称量要求,以港口粮食码头电子散料秤为例,结合相关检定规程和标准,提出现场物料检定方法的选择、误差计算及注意事项,并对电子散料秤称量精度进行复验,为非连续累计自动衡器现场检定提供了方法依据。 In this paper, in view of the different structural forms and weighing requirements of the non-continuous cumulative automatic scale, taking the electronic bulk grain scale of the port grain terminal as an example, combined with the relevant verification procedures and standards, the selection, error calculation and precautions of the on-site material verification method are proposed, and the weighing accuracy of the electronic bulk grain scale is re-examined, which provides a method basis for the on-site verification of the non-continuous cumulative automatic scale.
