摘要
利用离子色谱检测水汽中甲酸根和乙酸根含量,识别并评定了引起结果不确定度的分量。当水汽样品中甲酸根含量为13.6042μg/L时,其合成扩展不确定度为0.9348μg/L(k=2);当乙酸根含量为16.7426μg/L时,其合成扩展不确定度为0.8676μg/L(k=2)。在各不确定度分量中,以校准曲线拟合引起的不确定度对结果影响最为突出。
Use ion chromatography to detect formate and acetate of water vapor,identify and assess the uncertainty of the results of the component.When the content of formate in water sample was 13.6042μg/L,the expanded uncertainty of synthesis was 0.9348μg/L(k=2);when the acetate content was 16.7426μg/L,the synthetic expanded uncertainty was 0.8676μg/L(k=2).Among the uncertainty components,the uncertainty caused by calibration curve fitting is the most prominent one.
