贵州沿河铁叫鸡体尺与屠宰性能研究

摘要 为探讨贵州沿河铁叫鸡体重、体尺和屠宰性状的相关分析,并为该品种的选种选育积累基础数据,该文对20周龄的贵州沿河铁叫鸡开展体重、体尺和屠宰性能测定,并分析其相关性。结果表明,体重与体斜长、龙骨长、胸深、胸宽、胫长、胫围均有显著或极显著正相关(P<0.01),其余各指标间亦有不同程度的相关。还建立了贵州沿河铁叫鸡体重、体尺性状和屠体性状间的回归方程,沿河铁叫鸡活重与体斜长、龙骨长和胸深,屠体重与体斜长、胸深,全净膛重与体斜长、龙骨长、胸宽,全净膛重与体斜长、龙骨长、胸宽,半净膛重与体斜长、胸宽、胫长,胸肌重与龙骨长、胸深、胫围均达显著水平(P<0.05)。通过各性状的相关与回归分析,可用体斜长、龙骨长、胸深评估铁叫鸡体重,用体尺评估屠宰性状,为利用贵州沿河铁叫鸡的体尺性状预测屠宰性能提供理论依据。 in order to explore the correlation analysis of body weight,body size and slaughter characteristics of Guizhou Yanhe iron calling chicken,and accumulate basic data for the selection and breeding of this variety,this study measured the body weight,body size and slaughter performance of Guizhou Yanhe iron calling chicken at the age of 20 weeks,and analyzed their correlation.The results showed that there were significant or extremely significant positive correlations between body weight and body oblique length,keel length,chest depth,chest width,tibial length and tibial circumference(P<0.01).The regression equation between body weight,body size and carcass traits of Guizhou Yanhe iron calling chicken was also established.The live weight and body slant length,keel length and chest depth,carcass weight and body slant length and chest depth,full clean chamber weight and body slant length,keel length and chest width,full clean chamber weight and body slant length,keel length and chest width,semi clean chamber weight and body slant length,chest width and shin length,Chest muscle weight and keel length,chest depth and tibial circumference reached significant levels(P<0.05).Through the correlation and regression analysis of various traits,the body weight of iron callers can be evaluated by body oblique length,keel length and chest depth,and the slaughter traits can be evaluated by body size,which provides a theoretical basis for predicting the slaughter performance by using the body size traits of iron callers along the river in Guizhou.
