养殖场饲料质量安全监管存在问题及措施

Discussion on the Supervision Measures of Feed Quality and Safety in Livestock Farms

就当前养殖产业发展情况分析,养殖规模、数量不断增加,各类动物在饲养过程中对饲料的需求量也越来越高,如何加强对养殖场的饲料质量安全控制,对于养殖品质及养殖收益均会产生严重影响,但是当前养殖场饲料质量安全监管工作投入力度不足,自配饲料抽检比例低,无专业的检测技术,监管难度大及相关法律法规不够完善健全等。该文分析了质量安全网络监管平台的建设,建立健全相关管理法规,通过分级管理的强化,改善养殖环境及饲料供应品质。

In view of the current development of the aquaculture industry,the scale and quantity of breeding are increasing,and the demand of feed for all kinds of animals in the breeding process is also increasing,how to strengthen the control of feed quality and safety on the farm will have a serious impact on the quality and income of the farm,but the investment in the supervision of feed quality and safety on the farm is insufficient at present,the proportion of self-made feed sampling is low,there is no professional detection technology,the difficulty of supervision and relevant laws and regulations are not perfect and sound.This paper analyzes the construction of quality and safety network supervision platform,establishes and perfects relevant management regulations,and improves the breeding environment and feed supply quality through the strengthening of grading management.
