摘要
生猪规模化养殖背景下,疫病呈现出高发趋势,为保障猪肉产品质量安全与公共卫生安全,做好生猪屠宰检疫管理工作至关重要。该文分析了生猪屠宰管理流程及常见病的处理方法。
Under the background of large-scale pig breeding,the epidemic disease presents a high incidence trend.In order to ensure the quality and safety of pork products and public health safety,it is very important to do well the management of pig slaughtering and quarantine.In order to further protect the People’s health and safety of food,it is necessary to constantly strengthen the safety of pork food.This paper analyzes the management process of pig slaughtering and the treatment of common diseases.
