“双碳”战略是中国钢铁行业高质量发展面临的首要任务和严峻挑战,同时也是钢铁行业实现跨越式进步的重大契机。以中国钢铁行业巨量碳排放的现状为出发点,聚焦源头治理,分析了中国钢铁行业在产能结构、原料经济性、氢冶金技术、产业布局和碳排放交易市场等方面存在的突出问题,提出了统筹原料市场体系、加速推动氢基冶炼、构建多层次低碳化产业布局和强化绿色交易等方面的具体策略。

The Double C arbon Strategy is a priority number one task, and also a serious challenge for China to carry out the high quality development in the field of the iron & steel industry,while this is also a major opportunity for the steel industry to achieve a great-leap-forward development. Taking the current situation of huge carbon emissions as the focal point and focusing on control measures for carbon emission sources, the outstanding problems occurred in such aspects as adjustment of capacity structure, economical efficiency of raw materials, hydrogen metallurgy technology, industrial layout and carbon emission trading market in terms of the iron and steel industry in China were analyzed, and then the specific strategies such as planning in entirety the market system for raw materials, accelerating the promotion of hydrogen-based smelting process,building a multi-level low-carbon industrial layout and strengthening green trading were proposed.
