粗苯循环洗油系统含水量大原因及改进措施

摘要 分析了粗苯工序粗苯循环洗油系统含水量大的原因,对终冷塔清扫工艺、洗油输送管线清扫方法和粗苯循环洗油脱水操作采取优化措施后,粗苯循环洗油系统含水量由2.5%降低至1.2%,实现创效223.77万元/a,,促进了粗苯生产过程的高效、安全、绿色。 The causes leading to high content of water in crude benzene circulating oil washing system in treating process for crude benzene were analyzed. After taking measures of optimizing the cleaning process for final cooling tower, cleaning method for oil washing pipeline and dehydration operation of crude benzene circulating oil washing system, the content of water in crude benzene circulating oil washing system was reduced from 2.5% to 1.2%, the benefit-gaining of 2,237,700 yuan RMB was achieved per year, which promoted the high efficiency, safety and environmental protection in producing crude benzol.
