镁合金轧机油气润滑密封结构改进

摘要 针对镁合金板带在轧机使用油气润滑系统时,因密封漏油造成表面质量出现缺陷的问题,通过对原设计油气润滑系统密封结构形式进行改进,增加相应措施,解决了轧机油气润滑污染镁合金板带的问题,提高了轧机轴承使用寿命和板带表面质量。 Aiming at the problem that the surface quality of magnesium alloy plates and strips was defective caused by the oil leakage of the sealing structure as the rolling mill was in operation depending the oil and gas lubrication system, the trouble of polluting the surface on the magnesium alloy plates and strips was shot by improving the old design of the sealing structure of the oil and gas lubrication system and taking corresponding countermeasures. And therefore the service life of the bearing to the rolling mill and the surface quality of the strips or plates improved.
