赤泥提铁研究

STUDY ON IRON EXTRACTION FROM RED MUD

摘要 加强固废资源高效回收利用是冶金工业的发展方向之一。本研究采用直接还原方法从赤泥中提取铁粉,以便于进一步提高低品位赤泥固废资源的利用率。对配煤比、焙烧温度、焙烧时间和磁选强度按照四因素三水平设计正交实验L_(9)(3^(4)),实验发现配煤比、焙烧温度、焙烧时间、磁选强度都会影响铁粉品位、铁回收率;影响因素由强至弱顺序为焙烧温度→磁选强度→焙烧时间、配煤比;以赤泥配煤12%、焙烧温度1 100℃、焙烧时间35 min、磁场强度3 000 Oe提铁效果较好。进一步优化实验得出:以赤泥配煤12%、焙烧温度1150℃、焙烧时间30 min、磁场强度3 000 Oe效果最好:铁粉品位96.34%,铁回收率96.46%。 Strengthening efficient recovery and utilization of solid waste resources is one of the developing directions of metallurgical industry.In this study,iron powder was extracted from red mud by direct reduction method in order to further improve the utilization rate of low grade red mud solid waste resources.Orthogonal experiment L_(9)(3^(4)) was designed for coal blending ratio,roasting temperature,roasting time and magnetic separation intensity according to four factors and three levels.It was found that coal blending ratio,roasting temperature,roasting time and magnetic separation intensity all affect iron powder grade and iron recovery.The order of influencing factors from strong to weak is roasting temperature→ magnetic separation intensity→roasting time and coal blending ratio;The effect of iron extraction was better with red mud blending 12%,roasting temperature 1 100℃,roasting time 35 min and magnetic field intensity 3 000 Oe.Further optimization experiments showed that the best results were obtained by blending 12% red mud coal,roasting temperature1 150℃,roasting time 30 min,magnetic field intensity 3 000 Oe:iron powder grade 96.34%,iron recovery 96.46%.
