摘要 介绍了安钢优质碳素钢65Mn热轧卷板的开发和生产控制要点。通过在炼钢工序增加铁水预处理,连铸采用低过热度、低拉速和合理的电磁搅拌参数,热轧采用直接热装、低温加热、高温终轧和高温卷取,成品钢卷采用保温箱进行保温缓冷等措施,在安钢1780mm热连轧产线上成功进行了优质碳素钢65Mn的开发。开发的热轧卷板的各项指标良好,组织以索氏体、珠光体和少量铁素体为主,产品质量满足用户要求。 The key points of development and production control of 65Mn hot rolled coil of excellent carbon steel in Angang are introduced. The pretreatment of molten iron is increased through steelmaking, continuous casting adopts low superheat, low drawing speed and reasonable electromagnetic stirring parameters, direct hot charging, low temperature heating, high temperature finishing rolling and high temperature coiling, and incubators is used for heat preservation of finished steel coils. With slow cooling and other measures, the excellent carbon steel 65Mn is successfully developed in the 1780 mm hot strip production line of Anyang Steel. All indicators are excellent, the structure is mainly sorbite, pearlite and a small amount of ferrite, and the product quality meets users’ requirements.
